Before entering a trade, be sure to be at peace with whatever your risks are… so that even when the trade doesn’t go well, you don’t drown yourself in sorrow about the loss.
This is one of the hardest part in trading ! — because often, we neglect our plans and hold on to losing trades with the hope of “It will come back”, and guess what at the end of the day, when it doesn’t, you and want to cut losses… you end up closing a trade multiple xxx than you should have.
And then, you’re back at where you started — and there the cycle continues!
But you can choose to break free!
